StandTo™ LMS User Training

Our user training is a SCORM compliant interactive user interface training program for the StandTo™ product.  This allows you to use your organizations learning management system and have unlimited access to ongoing StandTo™ training to keep your team trained and ready at all times.  This product can also be provided to organizations without a learning management system.

Implementation Support

The designated implementation specialist for the client maintains that relationship throughout the entire process of implementation including data entry, customization, training and initial exercise development.  This process is what we call “The ReadyPoint Experience”.

Event Support

ReadyPoint offers 24×7 event support to all clients to ensure success with StandTo™ during an actual incident.  A dedicated toll-free number (866) 506-1930 provides quick access to user and technical support if needed during the stress of an incident or unplanned event.

Continuing Support:

ReadyPoint offers 24X7 support for all clients as well as monthly webinars on specific features of StandTo  and EyeOn™.  Webinars are offered to all  users and administrators at no charge.

ReadyPoint distributes a monthly newsletter to all client administrators, users and other interested parties with the most recent incident management events and advice concerning best practices for using StandTo™ and EyeOn™.

Non-event technical or functional support by phone is available 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday at (866) 506-1930.
