“The ReadyPoint Experience”

The ReadyPoint Experience describes what the client can expect throughout the process of implementing and using StandTo™ or EyeOn™.  The ReadyPoint Experience is more than just a methodology for implementation of StandTo™ or EyeOn ™ within your organization.  It is our philosophy.  The ReadyPoint team is dedicated to helping the client use StandTo™ or EyeOn™  in the most efficient and effective manner for their organization.

Creating the “Team”

The first step in the implementation process is an introduction meeting in which the account manager introduces the client to the implementation specialist.  This will be the primary point of contact for the entire process from implementation through training, exercise and continuing support for the client.  The implementation specialist will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the client’s ‘ReadyPoint Experience’ are of the highest quality and meet or exceed expectations.

Creating Client’s StandTo

The client provides the implementation specialist with the list of personnel who will be users of StandTo as well as the positions they may fill in the incident command team.  It is the implementation specialist’s mission to work with the client to ensure the StandTo profile that is built is optimized for the client’s purposes.

The implementation specialist builds the client’s system which includes, at a minimum:

  • User Data (as supplied by the client)
  • Job Action Sheets
  • Media Files
  • IC Positions
  • Organizational Links
  • Electronic Incident Command Forms
  • Other data, files, etc. based on the client’s specific needs and requests

Training on StandTo

ReadyPoint provides many training options.  These include either on-site or webinar training by a qualified ReadyPoint trainer, prerecorded modules or any combination of these.

The types of training include Administrator, User, Train-the-Trainer, House Supervisors, StandTo LMS User Training, etc.

The implementation specialist and the account manager work with the client to determine the optimal mix of training options for the client’s needs based on the number of users, the type of system procured, schedules of upcoming needs (i.e., exercises), etc.

Exercise Support

The capstone to the training includes executing an exercise using StandTo.  The implementation specialist will work with the client administrator to set up and execute a meaningful exercise and compile After Action Reports from the automated and detailed data generated by the system.  This practical application will provide the client administrator with the confidence to use StandTo for future exercises and, most importantly, for actual events requiring activation of the incident command system.
