The ReadyPoint Experience

The decision to automate the incident command or your compliance management process using StandTo™  or EyeOn™ marks the beginning of a team effort.  ReadyPoint will never leave the client alone to figure out how best to implement StandTo™ or EyeOn™.  From ReadyPoint, in addition to the account manager, a designated implementation specialist will become a key member of the team along with a hands-on representative from the client facility.  The implementation specialist will lead, guide and direct the process of data collection, system customization, training and exercise development.  Throughout the process the client learns how to use StandTo™ or EyeOn™ in the manner most beneficial to their organization, including customizing templates, automating the availability of facility-specific resources to users and using output from exercises to improve preparation and response for future events.  The “ReadyPoint Experience” will allow the team of client, account manager and implementation specialist to ensure the client’s organization is fully prepared for exercises or actual events that require the activation of the incident command team.
