It is usually not hard to identify opportunities to improve.  The challenge is more often managing the process to make sure these deficiencies are corrected in a timely manner.  The StandTo™ automated improvement plan simplifies this process by posting deficiencies to an Improvement Plan Dashboard that you have identified during your exercises or incident response.  Deficiencies are delivered to the appropriate owner or department manager so they can properly be assigned, corrected and tracked.  Notifications are sent via email to assigned personnel to inform them of the identified deficiency, requesting a corrective action plan.  The email notification provides a link to an Improvement Dashboard where they can manage corrective action plans for assigned deficiencies.  To keep your improvement process on track, target dates and deadlines can be established for assigned deficiencies that send reminder notifications to assigned personnel.
