One of the most difficult tasks is not identifying opportunities to improve, but managing the process to make sure they are corrected in a timely manner.  The automated Improvement Plan simplifies this process by posting deficiencies that you identify during your compliance reviews on your web-enabled handheld device to an Improvement Plan Dashboard. Deficiencies are delivered to the appropriate owner or department manager so they can properly be assigned and corrected.  Notifications are sent via email to assigned personnel to inform them of the identified deficiency and that a corrective action plan is being requested.  The email notification provides a link to an Improvement Dashboard where they can mange corrective action plans for assigned deficiencies.  To keep your improvement process on track, target dates and deadlines can be established for assigned deficiencies that send reminder notifications to assigned personnel.
