ReadyPoint Inc. is an information technology that is focused on helping hospitals improve the processes that increase quality and safety of care. ReadyPoint is anchored by two core technologies: StandTo™ – Automates the process for conducting emergency training exercises and managing real-time response to unplanned events and incidents, such as tornado’s, hurricanes, loss of power, etc. EyeOn™ – Automates the process for conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, fire drills, etc. to evaluate and improve compliance. ReadyPoint Sales Professionals are expected to possess a high level of product, competitive, customer and territory knowledge, as well as an entrepreneurial drive and spirit to expand, grow and own their business. They will deliver sales calls that consist of pre-call planning, driving brand messaging, and closing. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years of outside sales experience and the majority of that sales experience should be selling directly to the C suite level. They should be recognized as someone who has strong business acumen as demonstrated by the ability to put in place and execute local business plans specific to the needs of their customers. The candidate is someone who is comfortable with Salesforce.com, has strong analytical skills and embraces technological change. The candidate should have the ability to balance between an entrepreneurial mind set and the ability to follow a system. Expectations:
